Our manufacturing facility can accommodate orders from 1 to 2000 components with capabilities that include 4 CNC milling and turning machines, 3 CNC lathes, 1 Manual Lathe, 2 CNC Automatic Band saws, Thread Rolling Machinery, Welding Bays, and Spray Booths, Assembly and Quality Test Benches. These diverse capabilities allow us to manufacture specialized components for various industries whether standard or customized, repetitive supply, or a specialized custom designed component.

We manufacture our own custom designed Prime Valves, as well as specifically designed hydraulic components for our clients.

Prime Motion and Control stock an extensive range of products including power units, valves, motors, hydraulic cylinders, electric actuators, filters, coolers, accumulators and pumps. If we don’t have it in stock we are able to source from our many suppliers around Australia and throughout the world.

We are authorized distributors for many well known brands including Linak actuators, Argo-Hytos valving, Atlantic Valves, Donaldson Filters, Hydac filtration and accessories, Intermot radial piston motors, SPX Stone Power Units, Metaris Piston Pumps and Command Controls Cartridge Valves.

Hydraulic Component Design and Manufacture

Prime Motion and Control also has a fully equipped machine shop and CAD design facilities allowing us to design and manufacture specialised cylinders, power units and cartridge manifold blocks to your requirements.
