OPERATION

When the solenoid is not activated, the valve passes oil to the tank port at minimal pressure. When the solenoid is activated the valve relieves excess pressure to the tank port at the setting adjusted on the pilot relief cartridge.

• MATERIALS: All cartridge parts are steel, except seals. Body issteel. Standard seals are Buna N with teflon backups. Viton seals areavailable on special order.
• COIL CURRENT DRAW: 1.8 amps(12 v.d.c.), 0.9 amps (24 v.d.c.).

IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS

All ports are B.S.P. parallel, and appropriate fittings must be used. Tapered fittings are not acceptable. Failure to correctly install or set these valves may result in damage to property, personal injury or death.
